This November, a breakfast was organized on the initiative of AGA-THA-LES at the tower Carpe diem. If this first initiative gathered only a dozen participants – members of the Association, the labor union and Human resources department of the Head office – it marks a collective will to make concrete the approach of Thales as regards diversity and regards inclusion, including on the LGBT (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender) questions.
After the AGA-THA-LES President reminded the objectives of the Association, Pierre Groisy – VP social relationships for the Group in France – called back the importance of this type of action. According to him, it is necessary that the Group is in perfect coherence with the company, in whom it joins and refuses strongly any discrimination, including on the pretext of the sexual orientation. In conclusion, he suggested that the same event is renewed before six months.
